It possesses a large Icon library which is sorted into 20
Class-Libraries such as computer, office, people, animal, art,
etc.. With the improvement of the IconCool, these Icon Libraries
will be enriched.
You can delete this icon library or create a new icon library easily.
You can search icon in the library by keyword and add or edit the
keyword of any icon.
You can extract all types of icon within any file, then save them as
Icon or BMP file by various size or add the icons to IconCool library.
You can create icons by converting graphic files
IconCool has some special and fascinating Functions:
A. It can enlarging/contracting a transparent icon, and the new icon
will be transparent too.
B. It can convert any part of a picture to a transparent icon by only
