You record in the system all your food related
invoices and delivery notes using the "screen
invoice" interface. With this data, the system
automatically calculates the average cost of
each product in stock at any given time. (This
A.P.C - Average Purchase Cost) is always
updated in "Real Time" as you record any new
invoices.
At the end of the month, by printing your
stocktake sheets or using a Laptop computer,
you record the quantity of each product that
you have in stock and the total amount of food
revenues. Then, let the system calculate your
G.P (Gross Profit) along with any
inter-departmental transfers, wastage,
allowances...
The system generates automatically the "End of
Month" reports such as, "Gross Profit",
"Supplier Statistics", "Product Statistics",
"Recorded Invoices", "Adjustments" ... and much
more.
Version 3.0 of K.S.C has had a "Budget Tracking
System" added. You setup the budgets for the
year along with the "Ideal" G.P (Gross Profit)
that you would like to achieve and the system
will automatically calculate an "Up to Date"
report on how you are doing compared with your
budgets. It also tells you how much you should
spend until the end of the month to reach the
targeted budget.
Calculates automatically the average cost price
of every product in stock. Display the total
amount and quantities purchased of each product
for a given period. Calculates the current
Gross Profit (G.P) on a daily basis. Obtain
advice on how to achieve budgeted targets with
the "Budget Tracking System". Multiple reports
including, stock in hand, kitchen wastage,
staff and other allowances, any complimentary
products given away, and any inter-departmental
stock transfers. Historical reports comparing
results from one year to another. Easy to use

Stock control and product cost price checks are
probably some of the most important parts of
the Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager
duties, as the results of bad stock management
