A true-to-life simulation of high power rifle shooting, NRA High Power
Competition provides valuable resources which teach the rules, procedures and
safety of the sport. One can shoot highly detailed civilian versions of three
military service rifles (M-16, M-14, M-1 Garand) as well as two custom high
power match rifles. This game includes sophisticated ballistics modeling and
true-to-life reloading (hand loading) systems using the products of the
shooting industry's top suppliers. Use the career system to track your progress
toward High Master in local competition, state championship, and the national
championship. NRA High Power Competition can also be played against the
comprehensive artificial intelligence mode which will pit the player's
individual skills against some of the best competitive shooters in the world,
or can be played online for the ultimate challenge. Collect gear and tune your
ammunition to your rifle for the ultimate accuracy. Shoot at one of the three
realistic 1,000 yard High Power Ranges which include Port Clinton, Ohio; NRA
Whittington Center in Raton, NM and Mineral Wells, TX or shoot 'across the
course' and long-range (up to 1000 yards). A practice range is also provided
for load development. NRA High Power Competition is fun to play and will appeal
to the novice shooter, the accomplished shooter and the game player that wants
to try their hand at the ultimate in shooting competition.

■ Installation ■

1. UnZIP all archives to a temporary directory.
2. UnRAR all archives to a temporary directory.
Always unRAR with full paths!
3. You must have Windows Installer (MSI) installed. Probably 99.9% of the
scene already has it installed. But if you have trouble on the next step,
then download the "Windows Installer #.# Redistributable" for whichever OS
you use. You can find it at:
http://www.microsoft.com
Click the Downloads section, click "System Tools". If you have problems,
try searching for "Windows Installer".
4. Install the program by executing:
SETUP.MSI from the SETUP\ directory.
5. Copy the contents of the CRACK\ directory to your Installed directory,
overwriting any existing files.
6. Run the program. If enjoyment is experienced, then buy the program!
