  WindowBlinds is a revolutionary program that can completely 
  alter the graphical user interface (GUI) of Windows.
  It integrates seamlessly into Windows to allow users to change 
  the look and feel of the GUI. In other words, users can make 
  Windows look like anything they want be that a Macintosh, Linux, 
  or something completely new and different.
  
  New in v2.15:  
  - Internal code improvements, performance optimizations, 
    reduction in memory/resource usage
  - Skin loading speed improvements (mostly on NT/2k)
  - Taskbar items will now flash if it is supposed to (like 
    with AIM)
  - New uis switch for when tabs use the focus image
  - Mouseovers for headers controls
  - Mouseover support on taskbar
  - Taskbar icons should be correct now (like when you've a new 
    message window in Outlook)
  - Can make the taskbar flat (remove edge around clock/systray)
  - WB skin libraries at Stardock/WinCustomize.com were switched 
    over to .WBA format. When saving them to your computer, you 
    can also just double-click on the .WBA file to install the 
    skin rather than having to use the "install skin from disk" 
    button in wbconfig.
  - Updates to skin of the week download
  - Some visual mods to wbconfig
  - Multi-monitor improvements to help prevent losing minimized 
    windows on the secondary display
  - Enhancements to scripting support
  - Optimizations to work better with WindowFX 1.2+
  - Test shadows and outlines for buttons, tabs, taskbar, header 
    bars, etc.
  - Experimental: Per app overrides of sub skin sections

     Lots of exciting things happening here in ORiON. ORiON is proud to 
     announce that it was the #1 group over the entire year of 2000
     having more releases than any other group. In February we had
     our 3000th release which is an amazing milestone that only a few 
     groups ever reach. Also, ORiON turned 2 years old in February!
     We are now one of the best cracking groups of all time, and
     continue to be the top releasing cracking group in the scene.
     
     Things have been improving for the group as new members have been
     joining and new council have been appointed. We have a new webpage
     up so things are looking great for the group by the day. We would
     like to thank everyone who supports ORiON and thank past and present
     members for there hard work and dedication.
