Festive 3D Christmas Tree scene with candles, fairies, snow and a beautiful
medley of christmas carols. After a while the snow will stop falling and
the lights will disappear, if you want them back you can register the

INSTALL / UNINSTALL INFORMATION

Installation file: "Christmas Tree Screensaver.exe" (605 KB)
Compatibility: Windows 95, Windows 95 OSR 2, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE,
Windows 2000, Windows Millennium, Windows XP.
IMPORTANT: This software requires DirectX 8 or higher, you can get it for
free from http://www.microsoft.com/directx/
HOW TO INSTALL?
To install the Screensaver just run 'Christmas Tree Screensaver.exe' and
wait for the install to finish unpacking the Christmas TreeScreensaver.
Next, click "OK" to finish the installation and bring up the screensaver
properties screen. Click "Settings" to configure the screensaver or Preview
to take a look.
Or after installing the Screensaver, you can configure it by going to Start
Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel. Choose Display, then Screensaver.
Clicking 'Settings' will take you to the configuration dialog box, which
contains the following options:
Options marked with * are recommended for your system.
- Register: registration information
- Device: pick a video card, no changes necessarry usually since most
computers only have 1 video card.
- Screen size: choose one of the listed modes, the higher the resolution the
slower the screensaver becomes.
- Colordepth: specify the number of colors.
- Refresh Rate: only change this if you know what you're doing, usually it's
best to leave at "Default" unless your screen starts flickering.
- Use 32 bit textures: uncheck this box if movement is choppy on your machine.
- Play Music: toggle music playback on/off.
- Camera movement: move the slider to change the camera speed from none
whatsoever to very fast and anything in between.
Note: if your selections (resolution, color or texture compression) are not
supported by your 3D video card, you will get an error message.
The About button will display additional information about the Screensaver.
HOW TO UNINSTALL?
The Christmas Tree screensaver is in your "Add/Remove Programs" list which
you can access from the control panel: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
-> Add/Remove Programs.
