Geco Manager 2 est un logiciel innovant concu pour simplifier la
gestion du personnel des entreprises et collectivites de 10 a plus de
500 salaries.
Issu de l'experience de developpement de solutions specifiques pour
des administrations et des PME, Geco Manager met l'accent sur
l'ergonomie et la souplesse d'adaptation a l'environnement
professionnel.
Il se compose d'un serveur d'application et de deux applications
clientes :
Geco Manager sert a la gestion par le service du personnel et au suivi
par les cadres des conges et informations de carriere. Il fournit
egalement de nombreux tableaux de bord, disponibles en temps reel,
correspondant au niveau hierarchique et aux droits des utilisateurs.
Geco Agent permet de decentraliser et de dematerialiser les demandes de
conges des salaries. Il leur permet egalement de visualiser
personnellement leur situation, leurs historiques, et le planning de
leur service.
