lc3unlock.exe is LC3 Registration Utility.   It will help You get 
Unlocking code for Your copy of the LC3 software.

Usage
=====

Run lc3unlock.exe and type in Serial number next press "Generate" 
button or Alt+G shortcut or press Enter. Then copy Unlocking code 
from  the lower edit field.

"Web Site" button will launch default browser and point it to web
page where LC3 protection scheme is described and source code for 
this utility is published.
