Visual Studio 7.NET Enterprise Architect upgrade

Intoduction:
	Missing features like support for optimising c++ Compiler
	or Server Browser or suffer from some part like VC++, VB.NET
	completely locked out?

Installation:
	Doubleclick on 'VS7 Licenses upgrade.reg' to change your 
	VS Version to Enterprise Architect

Notes:
	
	This reg-patch only removes the greyed out optimising compiler setting
	is C++ Project Complier options of the VS-IDE
	Download Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 (32MB)
	http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=272be09d-40bb-49fd-9cb0-4bfa122fa91b
	to get the optimising compiler (CL.exe,...) if it's not contained your 
	VS don't only contains a standard compiler. 
	
	'VS7 Licenses upgrade.reg' contains all licenses extracted
	from MSDEv.exe. To try out the others edit 'VS7 Licenses upgrade.reg' 
	like this:
	
	;VS7 Professional_SKU2000 Visual_Studio.NET_Professional"
	[-HKEY_CLASSES_RO...
	 ^
	 Means Entry will is disable (delete) from Registy
	
	[HKEY_CLASSES_RO...
	 ^
	 Removing '-' will enable add it to Registy
	
	Note use ';' only for comments and not to disable some entry.


Product Activation Patch?:
	VS7 uses Office10\MSO.dll for Product Activation. 
	So use Anti-MSOPA_1-3.zip to disable it.
