BlackBoard Lock is activated when windows starts up. First set a password.
The next Time someone loads Win95 they'll need to type in the password.
After 3 incorrect password tries the lock program shuts down windows. The
control-alt-del keys are disabled until the correct password is put in and
the minimize,maximize, cancel buttons are disabled in the lock program so
the user is forced to put the correct password in or have the system
shutdown. Logs all activity.

copy lock.exe into your BlackBoard Windows Lock program directory to
