Crack Instructions: Close icq then copy the patch to the icq directory and apply it. or browse the target file. that's all! by doing this icq will open faster. :)

also(optional) if you decide to remove the .wav sound that icq makes every time is loading, then locate in the icq directory the folder name: Sounds    and once there look for the file: Startup.wav  and replace it with the one submitted by me. i did it with my icq.. now icq loads like a flash , really fast!!and without any sound ;)))
