Infix is a revolutionary new word processor for PDF documents. For the
first time it's now possible to edit text in any PDF document using tools
familiar to anyone who uses a word processor. Easily edit the text in your
PDFs, reflow and justify, change fonts, colours and sizes - in fact all the

Infix has been created to help with the most common PDF editing tasks -

of text and begin editing. Infix will reflow and hyphenate across all the
linked blocks just like a high-end page make-up package.
To ensure your edited documents look their best, Infix includes the kind of
professional-quality hyphenation and justification (H & J) found in packages
such as Adobe InDesign and Quark Express. Coupled with fine control over
letter, word and line spacing, you can be confident that your edits will be
undetectable. The built-in Search & Replace facility makes light work of
modifying large documents. Changing a product's name throughout a company
catalogue is now easy; just use the search and replace to find and edit all
occurrences of the old name - Infix will take care of reflowing the text so
that the change is seamless.
If after editing you find the documents' bookmarks need updating that's no
problem. Infix gives you full control over adding, deleting and moving
bookmarks. It also includes a remarkable "auto bookmark" feature that creates
bookmarks for an entire document automatically. This feature alone is a
massive time-saver for those who currently add bookmarks by hand.
You can control left, right & first-line indents and even edit text that
flows around graphics while maintaining the original run-around shape.
The image replacement function enables you to replace any existing image
with one from your hard-drive. Choose any JPEG, PNG or TIFF image then scale
and rotate the new image to ensure it fits correctly within the space left by
the old one. Any clipping path used by the old image is retained for use by
the new image. You can also freely scale, move and rotate any object on a
page.
With Pay & Save you can start editing your PDFs for as little as $10. First
you do all your editing, taking as long as you like to do it, using the free
version of Infix. Then once you're happy with your changes, press the Pay &
Save button to remove the ôwatermarksö added during editing. The period
between editing and using Pay & Save is up to you - hours, days or months -
you only need use it once you are completely happy with your edits.
