 Yes, it's sad that it finally came to this...
 
 Unfortunately the scene can't seem to take a hint.  When the 14 day minor
 update (MU) rule is used as an excuse to pre 5 releases in a row @ exactly
 12:00:00 there is definitely a problem.  Rather than let ORiON (and others) 
 continue to abuse this policy, we represent the popular opposition and will
 release fully working cracks and keygens ONE week after the previous
 release (i.e. 7 days instead of 14).  The scene can accept this policy, or 
 they can nuke us.  In either case, we will do our best to see that LARGE 
 quantities of pre are not SYSTEMATICALLY reserved for a specific time (say 
 12:00:00 local).  Every group should release on a level playing field and 
 compete on their own merit.  And since ORiON (and others) can't seem to do 
 the right thing of their own volition, maybe they just need someone to get 
 their attention.

 SITEOPS: DO THE RIGHT THING (THINK FOR YOURSELVES).  Change your MU rules to 
 reflect the changing times.  Groups are building better and faster pre
 scripts with multi-threading functionality.  It's in everyone's interest to 
 allow other groups a chance at these releases.  Either lower the MU rule to
 7 days or even better yet, eliminate it completely.  This will force groups
 to compete on their skill alone, without the aid of a MU pre script.

   You may maintain your current group affiliation and still support this 
   movement by providing cracks or keygens anonymously.

   So as ORiON has found a loophole in the established rules by which all
   recognized group authorities follow, so have we.  If you choose to nuke
   our releases, fine.  ORiON (and others) will be forced, by established scene 
   rules, to wait an additional 14 days to release after the nuke (so long as
   our cracks and keygens are valid and working).  This serves two purposes:

   1) It proves that the established scene rules are broken (as there are many
      ways around them if you choose to think on it awhile).

   2) It prevents any one group from completely dominating the scene by stock-
      piling minor updates for sequential release at 12:00:00.  If the scene
      can't be responsible and fix broken rules, then obviously someone has
      to stand up to the status quo and be heard.

   While we would like to believe that ORiON (and others) are above any form 
   of "war" to keep the rules as they are, the logical response from any 
   monopoly would be to protect itself by any means necessary.  Hopefully they
   can see that this movement is not hostile toward any one group specifically,
   but toward any group that would find a loophole and use it to their own
   advantage.

   We will call you out PUBLICALLY if you do any of the following:

   - Have anyone affiliated with us removed from a site
   - Boycott sites that refuse to follow the "established" (read: bullshit) rules
   - Spamming our e-mail address
   - Packeting affiliated members or servers
   - Any other anti-competitive or destructive maneuver

   Additionally, we would like to invite any other established groups out there
   that feel the way we do to take a stand.  Challenge the established MU rules
   on sites by releasing programs when the author does.  There should be no
   reason to wait 14 days.  If the author thinks the program was worth updating,
   who the hell are a few "scene leaders" to stop him?

   It's sad that some groups have resorted to releasing on the 13th day just
   to be nuked for violating an antiquated (and ridiculous) scene rule.  If
   a more direct approach to the problem is needed, then we are here to present
   it.  Keep the scene competitive and fun.
