NOTE:
The TNT rip of Napoleonic_Battles_Campaign_Waterloo_RIP-TNT is completely
valid and proper according to SRR rules. The sound is NOT downsampled
nor of bad quality. Sounds/Music were MP3 encoded to bitrates matching
or EXCEEDING those listed in the SRR chart. When they are decoded by the
SETUP.BAT, they are nearly the same size as the original WAV files.
Downsampling means converting:
*from 16bit to 8bit*
*from Stereo to Mono*
*from 44khz to 22khz*
Each of which would reduce the WAV sizes by 1/2. Doing all 3 would even
make the WAVs 1/8 smaller.
We did the same type of mp3 encoding that any group would do. Both of
those FILTH releases are NUKES as dupes of TNT. Just like their *3*
"The Banished" game rips are NUKES for downsampling or re-lossily
compressing Game Maps/textures to fit the size limits. Why do you think
no one made a rip over the last 2 months. -Because it's not possible
according to SRR rules.
* Seems some lame sheepish NUKERS just read a "proper nfo" and auto nuke
the original group's release without even downloading both to verify the
claims in the "proper nfo". Why do you think that you dumb MOFO's have
leech accounts? It aint for raping your sites, it is to grab releases
to TEST them to do your fucking job *PROPERLY*. Morons.
To FILTH, yo, it is understandable. Those SRR rules are a bit confusing
sometimes and are in need of a re-rewrite. There are contradictions,
inconsistencies, assumptions, confusing areas, etc. "It is well regarded
to do this. This is encouraged instead of that." Wtf is that. Who
knows for sure if 1/2 the stuff is really allowed or not. You might get
propered for doing "wrong" according one's interpretation of the "RULES".

1. UnZIP all archives to a temporary directory.
2. UnRAR with full paths to a directory of your choice.
3. Run SETUP.BAT in the directory where you extracted the RAR files.
4. To start the game, run or make a shortcut in Windows for:
ER\ER.EXE
NOTE: If you get an error about missing BPL or DLL files, you have 2 choices.
a) UnRAR the file SYS-DLL.RAR to the "ER" sub-directory of your game
directory. Means you will unrar to the same DIR that ER.EXE is in.
b) UnRAR the file SYS-DLL.RAR to your WINDOWS' SYSTEM directory.
For NT Kernels, this is usually C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32
5. If you ever rename the game directory or move it to another location, then
you must re-run the Registry Setup utility from the game directory:
