IDL users worldwide have used IDL for years to analyze and visualize LiDAR
data. Now, the remote sensing community is seeing a growing use of LiDAR,
and RSI is interested in extending our support for LiDAR applications.
We have created a basic tool for LiDAR applications û iLiDAR. iLiDAR,
developed by RSI for a user in Europe, is an IDL applet that provides an
example of some of the functionality required to analyze LiDAR data. RSI
is interested in growing this applet into a useful tool and we would like
your opinion on its functionality û whatÆs missing, what can be improved
and what are your general requirements for a LiDAR tool?
