     General description:
     EasyAccounting Pro has a very useful, easy and intuitive interface, suitable for use by not 
     experienced or non-accountants although powerful enough to satisfy experienced 
     accountants.
     
     It is an integrated, powerful, multi-user distribution and accounting system: Accounts 
     Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Sales 
     Orders, and Sales Analysis.
     
     Multi-currency features facilitate selling and purchasing globally. Payables and receivables 
     are tracked separately for each currency. Also the GL system shows expenses and 
     revenue converted from foreign currency to domestic currency, so you can trade in multiple 
     currencies while your books remain in domestic currency.
     
     Taxes are very easy and flexible to facilitate VAT, GST, PST, HST, MwSt, etc. in different 
     countries.
     Sales orders can be optionally as "quotes" and printed or saved as PDF file for customer 
     approval. When approved, the status is changed to "On Order". 
     Picking slips can be printed / saved as PDF file for the shipping department. Bills of lading 
     can be printed to syncronize with the shipments. Multiple shipments are allowed per single 
     order. Invoices are automatically created from the shipment data but can also be created 
     manually and you can additionally save them as PDF file.
     Cheques and invoices can be handwritten or also computer printed.
     Customized user defined financial statements can be created very easily through a wizard. 
     GL account totals and inventory totals can be viewed to original source transactions.
     Useful feature: An integrated dialer is linked to customers, vendors, invoices, etc. plus 
     email and browser links.
     The application is equipped with sample data to provide a quick overview of it's capabilities 
     and there is an optional Getting Started wizard to assist with entering initial live data. Of 
     course you can later edit, add or delete items.
