PiquantMenu is a application located in your Dock proposing several
kinds of menus. These menus lets you access your folders, the contents
of the Address Book, your music library, your Safari bookmarks or even
the recent items on the clipboard...
PiquantMenu is a set of original menus that you detach from the bar as
many times as necessary so you can access them menus in various ways.
Indeed, the tab menus are differentiated by a small zone (of variable
size) on the edge of the screen and react to a click of the mouse to
display their contents. If the menu is not of type tab, it is then
detached and dependent on several types of display: the automatic
showing/hiding when PiquantMenu is in the foreground, the display in
the background or the display in the foreground in front of all the
applications. With each type of menus, a type of different display is
possible. A keyboard shortcut can be defined to display a menu at its
current position or at the mouse's position; it is then possible to
browse the menu using only the keyboard. The drag and drop function
lets you to put a file in one of your folder's menus as well as on the
clipboard in order to copy its path...
