* Hold Alt while dragging a region tag to move the region while
preserving its length.

build but the included MP3 Plugin is Build 288 (old setup included 287)
Use the patch and import ls_sf50.reg
mp3plug.dll can be found in your shared plugin directory
(C:\Program Files\Sonic Foundry\Shared Plug-Ins\File Formats\MP3)
