removing files from your Recycle Bin isn't enough, as those deleted
files can be easily recovered using any file recovery tool.

information and know where you have been and what you have done on your
computer. At home, you may want to be sure that your family members
can't track your Web surfing habits and computer activities. At work,
you may want to keep information private (sources you use and Web sites
you visit). They may be part of your intellectual property that you
want to protect.

being aware of them. Many of those files are useful, and even essential
for your computer to operate properly. Other files, however, are not
