  "Nothing's more irritating than losing your Internet connection 
  in the midst of a download, while writing a long thoughtful 
  email, or chatting with an IRC or ICQ buddy. Whether you're 
  using AOL or an ISP, they'll try to disconnect "idle" 
  connections (where active browser or line activity isn't 
  detected) after a certain time period. Even if you've armed 
  yourself with a ping program to send out smoke signals to foil 
  them, service providers have gotten craftier and can detect that 
  too. Stay Connected! outsmarts them.
  
  This version of Stay Connected! can simulate the line activity 
  of a "real human" whereas your pinger sends out signals in a 
  predictable pattern that AOL and ISP servers can sniff out as 
  phony. Stay Connected! now allows you to access your choice of 
  hosts for background access at random intervals, which looks 
  like web surfing to your ISP.
  
  Stay Connected! runs quietly in the background, easily accessed 
  from its system tray icon. Program activity can be turned on/off 
  by clicking the tray icon, and its shape & color tell you 
  operating status at a glance. A right-click on the icon gives 
  you a context menu for settings and online status report. Stay 
  Connected! is a reliable, RAM-efficient insurance policy for 
  your online peace of mind.

     Lots of exciting things happening here in ORiON. ORiON is proud to 
     announce that it was the #1 group over the entire year of 2000
     having more releases than any other group. In February we had
     our 3000th release which is an amazing milestone that only a few 
     groups ever reach. Also, ORiON turned 2 years old in February!
     We are now one of the best cracking groups of all time, and
     continue to be the top releasing cracking group in the scene.
     
     Things have been improving for the group as new members have been
     joining and new council have been appointed. We have a new webpage
     up so things are looking great for the group by the day. We would
     like to thank everyone who supports ORiON and thank past and present
     members for there hard work and dedication.
