Copy loader.exe into KaZaA program folder and run instead of KaZaA.exe

Can now remove Cydoor: Use Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) or equiv.


ADDITIONAL

The loader/patcher isn't perfect. Occasionally it may be unable to
patch the unpacked exe, so just run it again.
