Claim DoX provides a standard set of forms used in the insurance and
adjusting industry. It also includes a simple and easy-to-use method of
electronic form storage and retrieval. You can either use the forms provided,
or create your own forms by using the field list provided. The field list is
a powerful feature allowing you to place a field on the form that will
automatically prompt you for a replacement value the next time the form is
opened. Another powerful feature of Claim DoX is WYSIWYG Printing (What You
See Is What You Get). This ensures that what comes out on the printer is
matched to what is displayed on the working area section of the screen.
The functionality of this program extends far beyond that of your regular
word processor. It also allows for insertion of pictures (such as your
company logo) into the documents, as well as viewing and printing scanned
documents. Even though Claim DoX was designed with adjusters in mind, it can
be used by virtually anybody for developing their own forms, help sheets, or
whatever else comes to mind.
