PRODUCT OVERViEW :
RoPS is a interpreter that allows PostScript files to be viewed and printed
to non Postscript printers. It enables users to examine pictures or complete
documents without either printing them or resorting to expensive authoring
tools such as Quark Xpress. Because RoPS is able to convert PostScript
printer commands to those of the underlying system, it can output these
files to non PostScript printers. Version 5.1 adds support for CYMK colour
and allows users to view colour separs include bug fixes, and support from
drag and drop and right click printing. RoPS is a Microsoft Windows
implementation of the level 1 PostScript programming language interpreter
described in the Adobe systems book, Tual. RoPS has both 16-bit and 32-bit
implementations available. RoPS requires at least 4MB of memory to function
efficiently. The latest version of RoPS is 5.0 - this is a 32-bit release
for use under Win95, NT and Win98.
