  │  PowerTCP puts the "simple" back into the Simple Network Management    │
  │  Protocol. The essence of this tool is the SnmpMessage Object that     │
  │  converts an SNMP message packet into an object (that your program     │
  │  can easily manipulate), and back again. The other objects apply       │
  │  the SnmpMessage object to typical applications such as Agent and      │
  │  Manager functionality, and appropriately integrate it with the        │
