Run the patch in the directory where infodex is located,
then register using any serial number. The patch is not
restricted to any one version, or length of the file infodexw.exe - 
it may or may not work with future versions (and it won't do anything
stupid if it cannot recognize how to patch a newer version). It has been 
verified to patch versions 2.00 and 2.01.
