Description

This program(SpeederXP) can be used to adjust your Windows operation 
system speed . All softerware will change their speed after you adjust
the speed rating in our software.
You can use this software in your games , such as Counter-Strike and 
StarCraft . You will get a new feeling of these games .


Usage
-----

Drag the button to define the speed freely or use Hotkeys to change speed
immediately.

Registration
------------

This program is distributed as shareware (look at "license.txt"
for details). Being unregistered, you can only use it 30 times .

Just run register.exe or press the "Register" button on the ABOUT screen ;
The register wizard will help you to register SpeederXP. After your 
registration ( look at "order.txt" for details), we'll send your personal 
registration code to you .

Please note that your registration will be valid for all future
versions of SpeederXP -- it means, that they will be free for you.
