Fixed Issues:
╖ King's Crown text fix: removed the extra "The"
╖ Spawn location of the bridge bandit after pollution town has
been fixed so it spawns in an area that cannot be built
╖ Fix for Henry's campaign map to prevent building in the area
were the villain spawns after train race.
╖ Resource Town gold vein placement was adjusted on the map.
╖ Fixed a bug with the resource town not getting checked off
properly if Wrong Side is completed before Railroad Defense.
╖ Fix if the player picks up the bakery box before the dialog
explaining carry props.
╖ Help file fix for IE- padding adjusted (alignment).
╖ Windows 7: Gadgets no longer cover screen when Help file is
accessed in Full Screen
If you are having issues with the game, we highly suggest that
you download and install the latest version. Please make sure to
uninstall your current version of Westward IV, prior to
downloading the new version. This new version should work fine
with your current saved games. If you are experiencing trouble
with the Ogendenville or Great Train Race satellite maps, please
see below for further instructions. These workarounds are
unnecessary if you have yet to reach this point in the game, or
started a new game as the bugs have been fixed.
Ogdenville:
Error cause by construction over bandit spawn point. Spawn point
has been moved to non-buildable location.
1. Quit back to town while in Ogdenville
2. Travel back to Ogdenville.
3. Problem will be fixed when they finish the map and return
to their heroÆs town.
The Great Train Race:
Similar issue to above. Error caused by building construction on
either side of train tracks.
1. Quit back to town if in the map Great Train Race
2. You will need to observe the screenshots below and destroy
any buildings in these zones.
3. Travel to the map Great Train Race again and complete the
map.
4. Once you return to the HeroÆs town again, you should not
have any problems.
