   Break is designed to help you work more effectively by recording your 
   work times and reminding you when you have been working for too long. 
   It lets you set a timer from 15-60 minutes to remind you to get up and 
   go for a walk, have a coffee, go home, go to bed etc as well as 
   totalling time at work, on break or away from the computer. Text 
   logging, Auto reset & auto boot are also supported.
