The basic operating principles of the LAPSAudio Direct MP3 Recorder
are simple. In short, the audio source is chosen, the noise reduction
is setup and enabled (or disabled), the output is chosen, and the start
button is pressed. As the audio is processed and/or converted, several
useful pieces of information are displayed in the bottom bar and elsewhere.
During a recording, the Noise reduction can be switched on or off by
clicking the Enable NR checkbox, and it can even be changed by clicking
the NR Setup Button.
Also, the auto-flash and auto-pause can be turned on or off and also
configured (under the Config menu) during a recording session.
