║ Unzip, unrar, and install. Choose the TRIAL install option. After ║
║ installing, copy the patch to the program directory and apply. ║
║ During the install, make sure you uncheck 'start radius'. After you ║
║ have applied the patch, go to control panel -> admin tools -> ║
║ services and start the Steel-Belted Radius service. ║

║ With this release we have decided to include the Steel Belted Admin ║
║ tool. This tool is available for download from funk.com once you ║
║ have registered your email address. However, the radius server is ║
║ pretty much useless unless you have the admin tool, so we wanted to ║
