Description: A security program for Windows 95, focusing mostly on folder
protection. Take a look at their web page for more info.
Instructions: 1) Go to the registration screen;
2) Enter the following:
Name: ChaoSoft
Number of Licenses: 100
Registration Code: 255180800
Details: The company frequently comes out with new, "shitlisted" versions.
Just look at the files FGUARD32.DLL and FGUARD.VXD and you'll
find a list of common registration names (killer+bee, saltine,
thatdude, pepper, the guardian angel, etc). So now they'll have
to blacklist themselves. Even so, I wouldn't recommend using
this registration code on any later version.
Before installing a new version, you should delete the three
pertinent registry strings in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ChaoSoft/Folder Guard/Setup
or simply locate and modify the shitlist.
