Simply run the patch and, the patch will tell you what to do.

This patch works on all versions of ObjectBar we have tested!
Warning: This patch will not work if you have ObjectBar installed in
a different directory other than: C:\Program Files\Object Desktop\ObjectBar
Advise: Please install software in the usual directory do not install
software on a network/network drive it just makes it just confuses your
software.
