The PowerPlus Tools for Excel (PPT) provides a productivity toolset to
complement the existing functions and tools normally available in the
standard Microsoft« Excel«.
This toolset provides over 150 useful tools and wizards to make your
experience with Excel more productive and easier to use.
Some of the tools available include:
information about the current selection,
row and column shader,
ability to set row height on a set of rows,
ability to set column widths on a set of columns,
export selections as a graphic via the clipboard,
word and text tools such as counts and statistics, as well as the ability
to change case, extract characters, split sentences into cells, merge cells
into a sentence, and pre/post pend text,
ability to manage and change the current selection,
date manipulation,
maths tools, such as the ability to create a formula based on your selection,
change values by an amount, and to manage the type of formula present (i.e.
absolute or relative cell references),
clean up tools, such as removing multiple, leading, trailing spaces, as well
as the ability to remove duplicate rows and empty rows.
