Spatial Loader and Spatial Loader Advanced products.
Spatial Extractor will create an ESRI shape file from
an Oracle Spatial table or database view given a standard
SQL SELECT statement.
Implementing Spatial Extractor in conjunction with
Spatial Loader, provides the framework for a viable
off-line editing system for data custodians.

after you have installed the application you will find a directroy called /lib.
in it you will find a jar file called gsext.jar.
open the jar file an browse into followin dir
/com/geometryit/spatial/extractor
when you have found that dir inside the jar file just copy the two *.class files
into it and overwrite the existing ones.
restrictions are now removed
