  │  OfficeView Pro is an automated version of the in/out board with a     │
  │  fully integrated messaging system. Employees can know the             │
  │  whereabouts of co-workers at a glance of their screen. Your           │
  │  receptionist can respond to callers quickly and send you messages     │
  │  without having to leave the reception desk. When you start the        │
  │  program, the screen will automatically indicate "In" beside your      │
  │  name (optional feature). When you turn off your computer, "OUT"       │
  │  will appear (optional feature). One click beside your name opens      │
  │  a list of remarks. Another click on the remark of choice assigns      │
  │  it to the board. You may choose from standard remarks, such as:       │
  │  on vacation until , in a meeting, etc., or you can prepare      │
  │  customized remarks.                                                   │
