Account Express is a personal finance management software that can
help you manage your money (bank accounts, credit cards, credit lines,
income and expenses) and plan a budget. You can use it to track and
reconcile the transactions of your bank, credit and savings accounts
and see where your money goes (expense categories and payees). It also
helps you prepare and print a budget plan report detailed by income
and expense categories.
Account Express gives you a picture of your finances at various levels
and in various formats. For example, the Accounts Summary gives you a
global picture of your cash flow at any given time while the Categories
Summary shows your net income (or loss) for any given period of your
choice. A tree view structure allows you to easily and quickly select
the various levels and formats of information offered.
Account Express also provides a central repository for important
information about your accounts such as your credit card number and
contact information. This information may become very handy should
you lose all your cards and need to quickly inform your financial
institutions about the lost or simply to request additional
information about your accounts.
Account Express can be useful to anyone serious about managing his
finances. It is simple and intuitive to use and provides context
sensitive help from the beginning to the end. It also includes a
tutorial to get you started quickly.
