Quartus II design software provides the most advanced suite of tools for
system-level design, embedded software programming, FPGA and CPLD design,
synthesis, place-and-route, verification, and device programming. Quartus
II software supports all of Altera's latest device families.

1. Unpack and run setup.bat
1) unRAR into any directory of your choice
*NOTE* Make sure to have the latest Java 2 Runtime Environment installed!
In case the app moans, copy it into "\quartus51\bin\jre"
3) copy the included files ("altera.exe", "sys_cpt.dll" and "license.dat"
from "\ZWT" dir)
to your "\quartus51\bin" dir and overwrite when prompted
4) run "lmgrd -c license.dat" under that directory or use "lmtools.exe" to
configure a service
*NOTE* If the daemon cant fin the "alterad.exe" either create a dir
"c:\flexlm" with
"alterad.exe" in it or set the apropriate environmental variables
5) run "quartus.exe"
6) for the first-time running, choose "Specify valid license file"
and enter "20000@localhost" in the field of "License file:"
