1. run setup.exe and choose install type you like
2. if asked by OS to reboot, do so
3. copy included msv8.lic files into your \Bentley\Program\Licensing\ dir
4. copy inlcuded licnsmgr.dll file into your \Bentley\Program\ dir and
overwrite existing one.
5. run and enjoy
PS. in case you are already using some different patched .lic or .dll files
be sure to backup them at first.
