│ C's Wizard Icon is a graphics application designed especially for │
│ icons. Essentially, the program allows you to create and edit these │
│ small desktop images. In addition to icons, the program also supports │
│ Bitmap, WMF, GIF, ICL and even EXE and DLL formats. C's Wizard Icon can │
│ search your hard drive for files and even let you capture any graphic │
│ using the Windows clipboard. For tough editing tasks, use the built-in │
│ Wizard Tool. You'll find a nice collection of editing tools for fine │
│ tuning standard graphics. │
