Desc:       Follow these steps:
                1. Start Win95 up without the Explorer active
                2. Go via Start, MS DOS prompt to DOS
                3. Goto system directory 
                   Enter CD \Win95\system or 
                         CD \Windows\system
                4. Copy file ICMGc.EXE into this directory (You can do this first)
                5. Enter ICMGc
