Reg info:
1.) Extract/install ns2-full.zip
2.) Move NS3REG.KEY to your \Winstep\Licenses folder.
3.) Open the Preferences Manager of NextSTART 3.x.
4.) Click on the Registration button at the far right of the
Icon Ribbon (the row of icons along the top of the window).
5.) Press the 'Register' button. Enjoy!
* Note: DO NOT OPEN the NS3REG.KEY attachment in a text editor!!!
Doing so will corrupt the file.

NextSTART v3.0 - WinSTEP2000 component README file: ---- INSTALLATION: To install NextSTART, please follow these directions. 1) If any Winstep software is currently running please unload it. 2) Run Setup.exe and complete the installation. 3) Have fun! ---- WARNING!!! NextSTART requires the VB5 (Visual Basic 5) Runtime files. These are not included. If you do not have these files ( Msvbvm50.dll, Oleaut32.dll, Olepro32.dll, Stdole2.tlb, Asycfilt.dll, Comcat.dll ) on your system directory, please download the VB5 runtime files from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=12651 You might also want to read the following Microsoft Knowlege Base article: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q180/0/71.asp ---- NextSTART uses Zip/Unzip -from the Info-ZIP group- to export/import themes from zip files.
