Pick Me, Honey -Setup Fix-

Why?
The iND release does not unpack properly.
It deletes the wave files that it decompressed before the DAT file rebuilder,
MKN inject, has a chance to push those wave files into the DAT file.
Also, their rd dos command does not work on all versions of DOS.
So we used deltree instead.
Our fix is tried and tested on multiple versions of Windows.
Grab the game rip itself : Pick.Me.Honey-iND
Unpack all the rar files from that release, but do not run their setup.bat yet.
Unpack our fix to the same place which will overwrite the old setup.bat and
process.bat files.
Now, you can run setup.bat, which is our fixed one and all be will fine.
