Run setup.exe from the Setup folder. Use this serial when installing,

If ScanManager doesn't run automatically during install, 
find the scanmngr folder in main setup folder, and run
setup.exe from there to install ScanManager.

Also, you may be prompted to browse to the scanmnger folder during
main install.

To Register-
Copy omnipage.dat to the root dir you installed to and 
use omni2.reg to set your registry to match (double-click from a folder 
with only 8.3 filenames in its path, ie. C:\Windows\Desktop) . 
Both are included in the crack folder.
