Patch for: Calendar Commander v1.2

Put the patch in the same directory as you installed Calendar Commander 
and run the patch - that's it.

Stops the Eval Has Expired printing all over your calendar 

This was done quickly on request, the only problem with it is it's asks
you the date everytime you run it just say yes and everything else is OK.
