        The program features are:  
          
        1. RGB color conversion between hexadecimal and decimal 
       notation.  
        
        2. You can preview colors or choose a color to view its RGB 
       values.  
        
        3. Allows you to copy and paste colors in two different 
       notation (hex and dec).  
        
        4. Displays color name if the color has a predefined name.  
        
        5. It has a EYE Color Picker tool that allows you to pick a 
       color from any part of the screen you like.  
        
        6. Multilanguage support. Currently there are two built in 
       languages: english and serbian (srpski).
