    Ultra MP3 CD Maker is a tool that converts audio CDs to MP3 files and
    back. The program has a very simple interface and doesn't need the
    installation process - just unzip and run the file. There are two main 
    buttons on the toolbar on startup: CD to MP3 and MP3 to CD. Depending
    on what button you push, the list of files or tracks will appear in the
    main window. Just a few basic settings should be taken into view before
    hitting the "Start" button: output directory and file format for CD to
    MP3, for example. As other CD-2-MP3 converters this tool lets you
    convert audio CD tracks to WAV files apart from MP3 files. The tool is
    pretty basic, but is perfect for a quick CD burn or rip. The evaluation
    version lets you burn up to four tracks, but you can use the software
    for ripping audio tracks off CDs unlimitedly. Try this tool today and
