this is a small bloodpatch for BfV. It's not much blood you'll see, but a nice touch :)

How to use: Place both exes in game dir, start BfVBlood-Patcher. Now use BfvBlood instead of bfvietnam to start the game.

Works in gamespy etc. too. Just go into game options and change the program location.

Tech note: This prog fools bfv into thinking your system language is english. That's all. You can change your system settings for real if you want to to get the same result. But who wants if you're not native english?
