Install notes: 
Double click on the file: "ImportER MySQL 1.1.Crk.exe" and apply the patch 
in the Program directory or browse the target file. 

ImportER MySQL allows you to Import MySQL Databases and
generate a DeZign project file / entitiy relationship diagram from it
for  most  leading  databases. The project file can then be edited 
or the target Dbase changed

This is a great program and is worth the $60 the author asks for it.
