1. Install.(dont run license wizard because it doesn't know our license format)
2. Use our license generator(keygen.exe) to generate valid license for your host,
   then copy license.dat to c:\flexlm.
3. set enviroment string: LM_LICENSE_FILE = C:\flexlm\license.dat

  Note:
  MENTOR.GRAPHICS.HDL.DESIGNER.V2004.1B-Lz0 is not working, the license
  included in their release is locked to their cracker's MAC address so it
  will not run any other pcs. So here is the working one with license
  generator. Have fun!
