- Place the patch.exe in the same directory of the program
- Make sure the Picasa is not running
- Run the patch.exe 
- Now run the Picasa program. 
- Try to register
- If prompted for a code, enter something (e.g. 22222 22222 22222 22222)
- The program is now registered !
