  WhosOn works by monitoring your web server log files in real time. It
  displays a list of currently active visitors and the page they are currently
  viewing along with browser and referrer information. You can also view a
  list of pages the visitor has visited so far and how long they spent on each
  page. Multiple web sites (log files) can be monitored.

  You can setup visitor chat with the built-in chat server. This allows your
  visitors to chat to you in real time! Implement live help & real time
  customer support easily and with no on-going costs.

  Any exceptions that WhosOn detects (missing pages, web site not responding,
  hacker attempts etc) can be emailed to you in real-time so you can take
  immediate action. You can also receive exception reports via an SMS text
  message to your mobile phone.

  WhosOn gives you a much clearer view of your web site's popularity. It
  tracks only visitors (not page or graphic file 'hits'). It displays
  visiting spiders separately. You can also exclude certain visitors (for
  example, yourself!). The end-result is a real-time view of your sites
  'actual' visitors.

  WhosOn is an agentless solution that non-intrusively monitors your Web
